    • Access to email marketing or content platforms

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full-time or part-time
    • Drive student recruitment and identify new opportunities
    • Convert prospects through trials, tryouts, and admissions
    • Advise students & families, build strategic relationships
    • Track recruitment performance, achieve targets, and optimize strategies

    Compensation

    • 5 income streams - high commissions + base salary + bonuses + revenue sharing + recruiting incentives
    • $2,100-25,000/month earning potential

    • 2+ yrs. national tournament experience
    • 1+ yrs. online teaching experience

    • Outstanding national or international awards
    • Proven track record of excellence in teaching
    • Experience coaching students to elimination rounds at major tournaments

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct interactive, lively virtual coaching sessions
    • Develop curriculum for private classes
    • Show dedication, reliability, and accountability
    • Mentor students in critical thinking, argumentation, and public speaking
    • Be a proud, positive ambassador of Acclive Academy

  • Support Provided

    • Complete curriculum (group sessions only)
    • Structured lesson plans and teaching guides
    • We cover grading (group sessions only)
